• Payment preference — whether you choose Cash on Delivery or UPI on Delivery. We do not process or store any card, UPI ID, or bank details on this website.

We do not require account creation, and we do not knowingly collect any information beyond what you enter in the order form.

3How Orders Are Processed

When you place an order, the details you enter (name, phone, address, items, total, and any notes) are compiled into a message and sent directly to our kitchen's WhatsApp number via WhatsApp's own platform. We do not operate a separate server or database that stores your order — the order lives in that WhatsApp conversation, which is used to confirm and fulfil your delivery.

4How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only to:

• Confirm and prepare your food order accurately.
• Coordinate delivery to your address within our service radius.
• Contact you if there's an issue with your order, an item is unavailable, or we need directions.
• Improve our menu and delivery operations based on order patterns (in aggregate, not tied to your identity).

We do not use your information for automated profiling, and we do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5Data Sharing & Disclosure

We share order information only where necessary to fulfil your delivery:

• Delivery riders — your name, phone number, and address are shared with the rider assigned to your order.
• Kitchen staff — your order items and notes are shared internally to prepare your food.
• WhatsApp / Meta — as the messaging platform used to receive and confirm orders.

6Cookies & Local Storage

Our website may use minimal local browser storage to remember items in your cart during your current visit, so your selections aren't lost while you browse the menu. Order conversations sent via WhatsApp are retained in our business WhatsApp account for as long as needed to handle order history, customer support, and recurring-customer recognition, or until you request deletion. We do not maintain a separate long-term customer database on this website.
